  1. Develop and execute strategies to support the growth of the Fillers division within AbbVie.
  2. Lead and manage a team of medical affairs professionals to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory agencies.
  4. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in the field of Fillers to inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products.
  6. Provide medical expertise and support to internal teams, including marketing, sales, and market access.
  7. Conduct scientific presentations and training to internal and external stakeholders on AbbVie's Fillers products.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the development and promotion of Fillers products.
  9. Monitor and analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and inform decision-making.
  10. Serve as a key representative for AbbVie at conferences, symposiums, and other industry events.
  11. Participate in the development and review of medical education materials and promotional materials.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to support their professional growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Medical Degree (Md, Do, Or Phd) With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Affairs Principles And Practices, Including Experience With Product Launch And Post-Marketing Activities.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In The Field Of Fillers And/Or Aesthetic Medicine, With A Deep Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
