- Develop and execute strategies to support the growth of the Fillers division within AbbVie.
- Lead and manage a team of medical affairs professionals to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory agencies.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in the field of Fillers to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products.
- Provide medical expertise and support to internal teams, including marketing, sales, and market access.
- Conduct scientific presentations and training to internal and external stakeholders on AbbVie's Fillers products.

Advanced Medical Degree (Md, Do, Or Phd) With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Affairs Principles And Practices, Including Experience With Product Launch And Post-Marketing Activities.
Demonstrated Expertise In The Field Of Fillers And/Or Aesthetic Medicine, With A Deep Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
