  1. Conduct market research to gather insights on current and potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
  2. Analyze and interpret data from market research to identify key findings and make strategic recommendations to the marketing team.
  3. Develop and implement market research plans and strategies to support business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align market research objectives with overall company goals.
  5. Utilize various research methods, such as surveys, focus groups, and data analysis, to gather and analyze data.
  6. Monitor and track industry and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
  7. Present research findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  8. Manage market research budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and new market research methodologies to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  10. Train and mentor junior market research team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of all research data and adhere to ethical and legal standards.
  12. Collaborate with external research agencies and vendors to execute market research projects.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on market research and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and industry experts.
  15. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies based on market research insights.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Marketing Research Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Marketing Research, Statistics, Or A Related Field Is Required For This Role. Candidates With A Phd Or Mba Are Preferred.

  • Extensive Experience In Market Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Market Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry. Experience In Both Primary And Secondary Research Methodologies Is A Must.
