- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement or risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development, to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Evaluate and optimize financial processes and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in healthcare regulations that may impact the Immunology business, and adjust financial strategies accordingly.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and healthcare providers, to support business objectives and initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Reporting, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.
Experience Managing A Team And Working Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including R&D, Commercial, And Corporate Finance.
