- Develop and implement financial planning strategies and processes for the organization.
- Analyze financial data and performance to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and track financial plans and budgets.
- Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership.
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Manage the financial planning and analysis team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business growth and financial objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis processes.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in financial planning and analysis activities.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Synthesize Complex Financial Data And Present Insights To Senior Leadership.
Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing A Team Of Financial Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
