  1. Develop and lead the epidemiology strategy for our products, in alignment with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant data, including disease trends, risk factors, and treatment outcomes, to inform and guide decision-making processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate epidemiology findings into product development, regulatory submissions, and post-marketing activities.
  4. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in epidemiology, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our approach and methodology.
  5. Provide expert epidemiological insights and support for key stakeholders, including senior leadership, regulatory agencies, and external partners.
  6. Lead and manage a team of epidemiologists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  7. Oversee the design and execution of epidemiological studies and projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of results.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, external researchers, and other industry experts to stay informed of emerging trends and collaborate on research initiatives.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to epidemiology and pharmacovigilance.
  10. Represent the company at external conferences, symposiums, and other events to showcase our epidemiology capabilities and foster partnerships.
  11. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in epidemiology processes and methodologies to enhance our scientific rigor and efficiency.
  12. Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of relevant policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols related to epidemiology.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Epidemiology, Public Health, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Epidemiology Research And Analysis

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Leading Projects
