Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Early Stage Innovation, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In The Development And Commercialization Of New Products.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development Process, Including Preclinical And Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, And Market Access.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Key Stakeholders Both Internally And Externally.
