Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Early Stage Innovation, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In The Development And Commercialization Of New Products.
Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development Process, Including Preclinical And Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, And Market Access.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Key Stakeholders Both Internally And Externally.
