  1. Develop and maintain data strategy and operations plans to support clinical trials and ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data management solutions that meet the needs of clinical trials.
  3. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues in clinical trial data.
  4. Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  5. Plan and execute data cleaning activities, including resolving data discrepancies and performing data reconciliation.
  6. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on data strategy and operations and address any issues or concerns.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on data management processes and systems.
  9. Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and improve data management systems and tools.
  10. Support the implementation of new data management technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  11. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide input on data management strategies and procedures.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies related to data management.
  13. Proactively identify and escalate any issues or risks that may impact data quality or timelines.
  14. Assist in the development and review of data management SOPs and work instructions.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Healthcare Analytics, Or Life Sciences.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management Or Operations, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Clinical Data Management, Such As Cdisc And Ich Guidelines.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Large Datasets.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
