Conduct analysis of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends and best practices.
Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
Train and support end-users on new systems and processes.
Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders and team members.
Participate in project planning and execution to meet business objectives.
Proactively identify potential risks or issues and provide solutions.
Monitor and report on system performance and make recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on technological advancements and apply them to improve processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure systems are functioning properly and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Business Systems Analysis, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Systems, Including Experience With System Implementation And Integration.
Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools, Such As Sql, Microsoft Excel, And Project Management Software.
