- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Affairs team in the Oncology division.
- Manage and maintain the team's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize departmental files and records.
- Coordinate and track expenses, invoices, and budget reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and vendors.
