  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth of anti-infective products in the market.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and educational programs for healthcare professionals and patients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and patient advocacy groups.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.
  5. Conduct market analysis and gather insights to inform business decisions and identify potential risks.
  6. Participate in the development and execution of product launch plans, including coordinating with sales teams and other departments to ensure successful product introduction.
  7. Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate product information and key messages to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales targets.
  9. Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events to build brand awareness and establish relationships with potential customers.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and marketing activities.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our values and mission to improve the lives of patients.
  14. Stay informed about the latest developments and advancements in the anti-infective market and incorporate this knowledge into strategies and plans.
  15. Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with global strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In The Anti-Infectives Field

  • Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Knowledge Of Disease Areas And Market Trends

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Performance, Including Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals And Key Opinion Leaders.
