  1. Greet and welcome new team members to the AbbVie organization.
  2. Promote and uphold AbbVie's mission and values in all interactions.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to identify project needs and objectives.
  4. Assist in the planning, design, and execution of various engineering projects.
  5. Conduct research and gather data to support project development.
  6. Analyze project requirements and propose solutions to meet those needs.
  7. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
  8. Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to team members and stakeholders.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights to drive project success.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and offer suggestions for process enhancements.
  12. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Job Qualifications
  • Currently Enrolled In A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree Program In Engineering, Preferably With A Focus In Chemical, Mechanical, Or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Strong Academic Record, With A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0 On A 4.0 Scale.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Find Solutions.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, As Well As Experience With Cad And Other Engineering Software.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
