  1. Conduct research and provide support in the development of innovative treatments for life-threatening diseases.
  2. Collaborate with the PDS&T team to develop and optimize processes for powder manufacturing and formulation.
  3. Assist in the design and execution of experiments to evaluate the physical and chemical properties of powders.
  4. Analyze data and present findings to the team, making recommendations for process improvements.
  5. Contribute to the development of new technologies and strategies for powder formulation and manufacturing.
  6. Learn and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols in the laboratory and manufacturing settings.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure project progress and completion.
  8. Participate in team meetings and trainings to expand knowledge and skills in powder technology and process development.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments, data, and results.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Powder Technology And Process Development, With A Focus On Pharmaceutical Applications.

  • Experience With Powder Characterization Techniques Such As Particle Size Analysis, Surface Area Measurement, And Rheology.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Design Of Experiments For Process Optimization.

  • Familiarity With Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Fda Requirements For Drug Product Development.
