- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the Workday platform.
- Perform regular audits and checks to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any data-related issues.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure consistent and accurate data.
- Monitor and analyze data trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain data reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics.
- Train and provide support to end users on data entry and maintenance best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with changes and updates to the Workday platform and implement necessary changes to maintain data integrity.
- Participate in testing and implementation of new system features related to data.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data integrity and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all data privacy and security policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure understanding of data integrity processes and requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to data integrity and make recommendations for adoption within the organization.
- Continuously strive for excellence in data quality and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hcm And/Or Financials.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Proficiency In Data Manipulation And Analysis Using Tools Such As Excel, Sql, And Workday Reporting.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
