  2. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to online job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  4. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a strong fit for the role and the company culture.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and sourcing activities.
  6. Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our employer brand and values to potential candidates.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers on the status of sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.
  9. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to attract top talent, including diversity sourcing strategies.
  10. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  11. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
  12. Stay informed about Abbott's products, services, and culture to effectively communicate with candidates and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition team by sharing best practices, providing feedback, and actively participating in team meetings and projects.
