Sr. Software Test Engineer

Abbott is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Sr. Software Test Engineer to join our Software Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing processes and methodologies, as well as a knack for problem solving and debugging. This position requires excellent communication skills, as the successful candidate will be interacting with stakeholders across multiple departments.The Sr. Software Test Engineer will create test plans and execute tests and debug software to ensure product functionality meets the customer's requirements. The successful candidate must be able to identify and document software defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve them. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
