  1. Develop and execute the content strategy for our healthcare products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  2. Drive the vision and roadmap for our content solutions, including identifying new opportunities and evaluating existing products for enhancements and updates.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, development, and customer support, to gather insights and feedback and incorporate them into product plans.
  4. Lead and manage the content solutions team, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful execution of product plans.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and use this information to inform product decisions.
  6. Define and prioritize product features and requirements, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and drive product innovation.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance, including key metrics and customer feedback, and use insights to inform future product iterations.
  9. Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to senior leadership and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and recommendations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare and content solutions to continuously improve our products and stay ahead of the competition.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
  12. Mentor and train junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  13. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  14. Represent the company and our products at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, building brand awareness and promoting our solutions.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency in product development processes, implementing best practices and driving innovation.
