- Lead and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our products.
- Utilize your strong engineering background and expertise to analyze and troubleshoot complex processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to develop and implement process improvements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure the safety and reliability of processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering techniques to continuously enhance process design and performance.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and validation protocols.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on process improvements and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and present recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and provide suggestions for enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industries.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Industry Standards Related To Process Development And Validation.
Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Optimization Of Processes.
