  1. Develop and implement validation plans and protocols for new and existing nutrition products.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas for improvement in product quality and safety.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Lead validation and qualification activities for equipment, processes, and systems used in the production of nutrition products.
  5. Analyze and interpret validation data, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions as needed.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and quality teams in all aspects of validation and quality assurance.
  7. Monitor and track validation activities, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Participate in audits and inspections, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
  10. Mentor and train junior validation engineers on best practices and industry standards.
  11. Stay current with industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to validation, quality, and safety.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including presenting validation plans and results to management and regulatory agencies.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental regulations.
  14. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's mission, values, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Nutrition, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Validation And Quality Engineering Within The Nutrition Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Cgmp, And Other Industry Standards.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
