  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Abbott's organization.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  3. Conduct thorough and efficient screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for Abbott's culture.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  6. Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  9. Oversee the offer and negotiation process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for selected candidates.
  10. Represent Abbott at job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment events to promote the organization and attract top talent.
  11. Train and mentor junior talent acquisition team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  12. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as onboarding and employee relations, to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of Abbott's products, services, and industry to effectively communicate the company's mission and values to prospective candidates.
  14. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the talent acquisition process to support the company's growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Candidate Sourcing And Placement.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Recruiting Trends And Strategies, Including Social Media And Passive Candidate Sourcing.

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Tools.
