- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent for the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand business needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure they possess the necessary skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job fairs, to support recruitment efforts.
- Utilize data and metrics to track and analyze recruitment success and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Train and mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team, and provide guidance and support on recruitment processes and best practices.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Abbott, promoting the organization's mission, values, and culture to candidates and external partners.
- Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement solutions to streamline and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and cross-functional teams, to understand their recruitment needs and provide support and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment Role.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Processes, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
