Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Senior Staff Scientist In Real World Evidence And Data Science At Abbott Should Possess A Ph.d. Or Equivalent Degree In Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Experience In Real World Evidence And Data Science: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Real World Evidence And Data Science In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry. This Includes Experience With Large Databases, Data Analysis, And Interpretation.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Role Of A Senior Staff Scientist In Real World Evidence And Data Science Requires Strong Analytical Skills To Effectively Analyze And Interpret Complex Data Sets. Candidates Should Be Proficient In Statistical Software And Have Experience With Data Visualization And Modeling.
