  2. Design and implement compensation plans: Develop and design sales compensation plans that are aligned with business goals and objectives. This includes creating sales targets, commission structures, and bonus programs.
  3. Provide strategic recommendations: Use data analysis to make informed and strategic recommendations for optimizing sales incentives and improving overall sales performance.

Job Qualifications
