  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of R&D projects, from conception to commercialization, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of cross-functional engineers and scientists, providing guidance and support to drive innovation and achieve project goals.
  3. Utilize strong technical expertise and understanding of industry trends to guide the development of new products and technologies.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  5. Collaborate with other department leaders to align R&D goals with overall business objectives and drive meaningful change within the company.
  6. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the R&D team.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline R&D processes and increase efficiency.
  8. Stay updated on relevant industry developments and incorporate new technologies and best practices into R&D strategies.
  9. Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and commercialization of products.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and research institutions, to support R&D efforts.
  12. Drive a culture of safety and quality within the R&D team, ensuring products meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
  13. Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development for team members.
  14. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events to showcase our innovative products and promote the company's brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Engineering Roles, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Related Field Such As Biomedical, Chemical, Or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Strong Understanding Of Research And Development Processes, Including Design, Testing, And Implementation.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects Within Budget And On Schedule.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
