  1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for software products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of software products to identify and address any defects or issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and project managers, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development process.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software quality assurance, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  5. Lead and mentor junior members of the quality software team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  6. Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure software products adhere to all necessary regulations and guidelines.
  7. Communicate and report on quality metrics and issues to upper management and other stakeholders.
  8. Investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints related to software quality, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  9. Participate in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
