  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative packaging solutions for various medical products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, quality, and marketing to ensure packaging meets all functional and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and evaluate new packaging materials and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain packaging specifications and standards in compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.
  • Manage packaging projects from conception to commercialization, including timeline and budget management.
  • Conduct packaging testing and validation to ensure product stability and integrity during storage and transportation.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in packaging materials and processes without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in packaging technology to continuously improve packaging designs and processes.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality teams to resolve any packaging-related issues.
  • Mentor and train junior packaging engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in packaging engineering.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source packaging materials and equipment.
  • Ensure all packaging designs and processes are in adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Packaging Design And Development In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 11607 And Fda Regulations

  • Experience With Packaging Materials And Processes, Such As Thermoforming, Sealing, And Sterilization

  • Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills.
