  1. Develop and implement security policies and procedures for all manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Lead a team of security professionals to monitor and assess potential threats to the company's manufacturing facilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, including conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate security measures.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and government agencies to facilitate timely response to security incidents.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Manage the budget and resources for the Manufacturing Security department, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs for employees on security protocols and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in security technology to continuously improve the company's security measures.
  9. Investigate security incidents and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on security initiatives and any potential risks to the company's manufacturing operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Manufacturing Security: The Senior Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of At Least 10 Years In Manufacturing Security, With Hands-On Experience In Implementing Security Protocols And Managing Security Teams In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Standards: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Regulatory And Compliance Standards Such As Fda, Osha, And Iso, And Should Be Able To Ensure That All Manufacturing Security Practices And Procedures Comply With These Standards.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: The Senior Manager Should Have Exceptional Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Oversee And Guide A Team Of Security Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Clear Direction, And Make Critical Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Proven Risk Management Expertise: The Senior Manager Should Have A Proven Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Security Risks In A Manufacturing Setting, And Develop Strategies To Mitigate These Risks. This Includes Conducting Regular Risk Assessments, Implementing Security Measures, And Creating Contingency Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Senior Manager Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate Security Policies And Procedures To All Levels Of The Organization. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure A Cohesive Approach To Manufacturing Security.
