- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste at the Casa Grande AZ Plant.
- Analyze inventory data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions on inventory planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of inventory planning with production, sales, and procurement goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments based on demand and supply fluctuations.
- Utilize forecasting techniques to anticipate future inventory needs and proactively address potential shortages or excess.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimize lead times.
- Monitor and track inventory costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
- Train and mentor junior inventory planners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage inventory.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in inventory planning and make recommendations for incorporating them into our processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Planning Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Pharmaceutical Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Sap Or Other Erp Systems And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Make Decisions, Prioritize Tasks, And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
