  1. Design and implement technology solutions that align with Abbott's business goals and drive innovation.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Abbott's infrastructure architecture, including hardware, software, network, and security components.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess needs, and recommend appropriate infrastructure solutions.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure architecture.
  5. Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior infrastructure architects and other team members.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks in infrastructure design and implementation.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture and processes.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and select infrastructure solutions.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of infrastructure strategy with business objectives.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in all infrastructure projects and initiatives.
  13. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing Abbott's infrastructure and technology capabilities.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of Abbott's infrastructure to identify and resolve any issues.
  15. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to provide updates on infrastructure initiatives and address any concerns.
