  1. Develop and execute medical, scientific, and clinical strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  2. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical trials and studies.
  3. Drive collaboration and cross-functional partnerships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines, including FDA and other regulatory bodies.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of medical, scientific, and clinical professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of departmental processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and best practices to inform and enhance company strategies.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to develop and implement medical education and communication plans.
  9. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings to build relationships and promote our brand.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide medical and scientific expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Manage departmental budget and resources effectively to achieve objectives and meet financial targets.
  12. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional development within the department.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on departmental performance, progress, and challenges.
  15. Collaborate with global affiliates to ensure consistency and alignment of medical, scientific, and clinical strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Medical Or Scientific Field (Md, Phd, Pharmd, Etc.)

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Or Related Field

  • Proven Leadership Experience In A Senior Management Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Pharmaceutical And Medical Device Products

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Key Stakeholders
