  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical data management for our medical products, including data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
  2. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical data through thorough quality checks and validation processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs, to determine data management needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  4. Create and maintain data management plans, data validation specifications, and other relevant documentation.
  5. Develop and implement data cleaning and coding procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
  6. Utilize advanced data management tools and techniques to optimize data collection and analysis processes.
  7. Train and mentor junior data management analysts on best practices and protocols.
  8. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to clinical data management and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  9. Proactively identify and address data management issues and propose solutions to improve data quality.
  10. Participate in study team meetings and provide regular updates on data management progress and issues.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data management processes.
  12. Adhere to strict timelines and deadlines for data deliverables.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely data flow.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert in clinical data management and provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams as needed.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all clinical data and adhere to regulatory and company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Clinical Data Management, Life Sciences, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Data Management, Preferably In A Senior Or Lead Role.

  • Proficiency In Industry Standard Data Management Software, Such As Oracle Clinical, Medidata Rave, Or Inform.

  • Thorough Understanding Of Good Clinical Data Management Practices (Gcdmp) And Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Trials.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Data Issues In A Timely Manner.
