- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional and company sales goals for the Structural Heart division.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive business growth and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry to promote Abbott's structural heart products and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and clinical teams, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products and services.
- Manage regional budgets and resources effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in developing and executing effective sales strategies, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Represent Abbott and the Structural Heart division at industry events, conferences, and meetings to increase brand awareness and promote our products and solutions.
- Collaborate with other Regional Sales Directors and senior leadership to share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Act as a role model for the company's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep abreast of advancements in the healthcare industry and provide insights and recommendations to support product development and business growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Driving Sales And Meeting Or Exceeding Revenue Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives.
