  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the San Francisco/Bay Area for the CRM division of Abbott.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other potential customers in the region.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales plans.
  6. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
  7. Conduct regular trainings and coaching sessions to develop the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  9. Represent Abbott at industry conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the sales team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Performance And Meeting/Exceeding Targets

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Principles And Strategies

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Representatives.
