  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Abbott's quality systems and procedures.
  2. Monitor and assess quality systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  3. Identify areas for improvement within quality systems and develop action plans to address them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality systems.
  5. Conduct audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and potential areas of risk.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality systems and procedures.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality systems and provide guidance and support to team members.
  9. Participate in the review and approval of quality-related documents and processes.
  10. Stay current on industry standards and regulations related to quality systems and make recommendations for updates or changes as needed.
  11. Communicate and report on quality system performance to management and stakeholders.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential quality issues and work to prevent future occurrences.
  13. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external auditors during inspections or audits.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems and make recommendations for improvements.
  15. Support the implementation of new quality systems and processes as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Engineering, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Systems And Processes, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.

  • Experience With Quality Management Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Trackwise, Or Qms Pro.
