  12. Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional development.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Managing Product Lifecycles.
