  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the success of Abbott's consumer device product portfolio.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities for product development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products that meet consumer needs and drive revenue growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions about product positioning and pricing.
  5. Create and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on consumer device markets, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry experts.
  8. Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to promote Abbott's consumer devices.
  9. Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to retirement, ensuring products are continuously improved and optimized.
  10. Stay informed on industry developments and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities for Abbott's products.
  11. Develop and manage product budgets and forecast sales and revenue targets.
  12. Train and educate internal teams on product features, benefits, and positioning to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
  13. Monitor and track product performance and customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and marketing of consumer devices.
  15. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact the success of Abbott's consumer device products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Consumer Devices Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing New Products From Concept To Commercialization.
