  • Lead and oversee the procurement process for all goods and services within the organization
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality products/services
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop procurement plans that align with company objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities
  • Prepare and present reports and analysis on procurement activities and cost savings to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Proven Leadership Skills.
