  1. Lead the design and optimization of manufacturing processes for healthcare products at Abbott.
  2. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions.
  4. Utilize Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Utilize data analysis and process mapping techniques to identify and troubleshoot process issues.
  6. Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process control plans.
  7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams to ensure processes are optimized and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  8. Lead process validation activities and ensure processes meet all regulatory requirements.
  9. Monitor process performance and drive corrective actions to address any deviations.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process engineering to continuously improve processes and products.
  11. Mentor and train junior process engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  12. Represent Abbott in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Process Design, Optimization, And Validation.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Process Engineers.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvements.
