- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process engineering to continuously improve processes and products.
- Mentor and train junior process engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Process Design, Optimization, And Validation.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Process Engineers.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvements.
