- Investigate and resolve nonconformances within the organization.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent future nonconformances.
- Conduct thorough and detailed investigations into nonconformances, including root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and data related to nonconformances.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation of investigations and actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding nonconformances and actions taken.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products, processes, and quality standards.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in quality control and problem-solving techniques.
- Train and educate team members on nonconformance and CAPA processes and procedures.
- Participate in audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Science, Or Quality Assurance.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Compliance Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Regulatory Requirements Related To Nonconformance And Capa Processes.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Investigate And Identify Root Causes Of Nonconformances And Develop Effective Capa Plans.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations To Management And Regulatory Bodies.
