  1. Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes to meet production goals and objectives.
  2. Identify areas for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  3. Conduct process audits and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
  4. Analyze data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
  5. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  6. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  7. Train and mentor production personnel on new processes and procedures.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing process.
  9. Research and evaluate new technologies and processes to improve manufacturing capabilities.
  10. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes.
  11. Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
  12. Monitor and control manufacturing costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers to source and qualify new materials and components.
  14. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process optimization and waste reduction.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes.

Job Qualifications
