  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to Abbott.
  2. Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the team's success.
  3. Create and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement new strategies as needed.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  9. Train and develop team members on recruitment skills, processes, and tools.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  11. Develop and manage recruitment budgets and provide regular reporting and analysis.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and teams to support overall business goals and objectives.
  13. Represent Abbott at recruitment events and conferences as needed.
  14. Monitor and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  15. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on talent acquisition operations and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Operations, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Best Practices And Strategies, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Selection.

  • Experience Managing A Team Of Recruiters And/Or Hr Professionals.

  • Proficiency In Hr Technology And Applicant Tracking Systems, Such As Workday Or Taleo.
