  1. Oversee and manage the entire supply chain and logistics process for Abbott's healthcare and nutrition products.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations and improve efficiency.
  3. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  5. Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and develop plans to minimize stock shortages and overstock situations.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain and logistics.
  8. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track supply chain performance.
  9. Train, mentor, and lead a team of supply chain and logistics professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the supply chain and logistics processes.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on supply chain and logistics performance and initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new systems and technologies to improve supply chain operations.
  13. Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
  14. Monitor and manage transportation and distribution costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  15. Communicate and collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and standardization of supply chain processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management And Logistics, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Coaching And Development.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Distribution.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Build Relationships With Suppliers And Customers.
