  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
  2. Oversee and manage the risk management team, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of risk within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
  5. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in risk management processes.
  6. Communicate and report on risk management initiatives and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.

  12. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes to adapt to changing industry trends and regulations.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the risk management team.
  14. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to network and stay updated on the latest developments in risk management and patient safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Risk Management Or Patient Safety.

  • Certification In Healthcare Risk Management Or Patient Safety (E.g. Cphrm, Cpps).

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Risk Management And Patient Safety.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Train A Team.
