  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  3. Oversee the quality control process for all Abbott products, including conducting regular inspections and audits.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  5. Identify and address potential quality issues, working with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in quality assurance, and incorporate them into the company's processes and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to provide updates on quality assurance activities and address any concerns.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to quality assurance.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in quality assurance processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Assurance, Engineering, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards For Quality Management Systems.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Quality Management Systems, Conducting Audits And Inspections, And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
