  1. Develop and implement international tax strategies to support the company's global operations.
  2. Manage all aspects of international tax compliance and reporting, including researching and interpreting tax laws and regulations.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax-related tasks.
  4. Review and analyze tax implications of international business transactions and provide guidance to business partners.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance and legal teams, to ensure alignment and compliance with tax strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date on changes in international tax laws and regulations, and proactively communicate potential impacts to the company.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tax compliance and reporting.
  8. Coordinate with external tax advisors to address complex tax issues and minimize tax liabilities.
  9. Prepare and review tax provisions for financial reporting purposes.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with tax authorities and manage tax audits as needed.
  11. Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and documentation requirements.
  12. Support tax due diligence for potential acquisitions and other business transactions.
  13. Communicate effectively with senior management and provide regular updates on international tax matters.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive tax information.
  15. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all tax-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Taxation, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In International Tax Compliance And Planning.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Transfer Pricing And Cross-Border Transactions.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Professional Certification Such As Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Or Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa) Preferred.
