  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and achieve sales targets for Lingo products in the East region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to effectively promote and sell Lingo products, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales goals and objectives.
  6. Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to keep the team updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  7. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing sales performance.
  8. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote Lingo products and expand business opportunities.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations, in all sales activities.
  10. Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of customer retention by providing exceptional service and support to clients.
