
Lake County Maintenance Manager

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of Abbott's Lake County facilities, ensuring that all activities are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance management, and a strong understanding of building systems. An understanding of local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety, health, and environmental protection is also essential. You should also be an effective communicator with the ability to motivate a team to meet goals and objectives, and have a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
