Our team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Sampling department on the 2nd shift (Sunday-Thursday). As a Lab Technician, you will play a critical role in our mission to provide high-quality products to patients and healthcare professionals.   1. Conduct laboratory tests and experiments accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and protocols.
  2. Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and materials for testing and analysis.
  3. Record and analyze data, and report findings to team members and supervisors.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  5. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  7. Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory procedures.
  8. Document and maintain accurate records of all tests, experiments, and procedures performed.
  9. Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  14. Meet productivity and quality targets set by management.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in the laboratory.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Sampling Or Quality Control Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Science-Related Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Microbiology.

  • Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Techniques, Including Pipetting, Sample Preparation, And Data Analysis.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Report Data.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
