Job Description

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join Abbott, a leading global healthcare company. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong technical background and exceptional communication skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, as well as a minimum of 5 years experience in a customer-facing role. You must also have a thorough understanding of software implementation processes, a proficiency in MS Office Suite, and experience with Salesforce.com.Finally, we are looking for a team-player who is passionate about helping others, enjoys troubleshooting, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
