- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for healthcare professional (HCP) campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for HCP marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling and effective marketing materials, including but not limited to print, digital, and event materials.
- Manage budgets and timelines for all HCP marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the success of HCP marketing campaigns, using metrics and data to make strategic adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other HCP influencers.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are supporting sales objectives.
- Represent Abbott at industry conferences and events to promote our brand and products.
- Train and educate internal teams on HCP marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to reach and engage with HCPs.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment with company-wide marketing strategies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the marketing team.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Marketing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Hcp (Healthcare Provider) Marketing Strategies And Tactics.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Integrated Marketing Campaigns And Programs.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
