  1. Develop and implement global training programs that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create targeted solutions.
  3. Lead the design and delivery of training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.
  4. Ensure training programs are engaging, impactful, and aligned with adult learning principles.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training programs.
  8. Create and manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of programs.
  9. Provide leadership and guidance to training staff and ensure their professional development.
  10. Collaborate with regional training managers to ensure consistency and standardization of training programs across all regions.
  11. Develop and maintain training metrics and reports to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
  12. Develop and implement a communication plan to promote training opportunities and engage employees in the learning process.
  13. Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate training initiatives into performance management and career development processes.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential training gaps or issues.
  15. Represent the organization at training conferences and events to network and share knowledge with industry professionals.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships And Effectively Delivering Training Materials.

  • Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design: To Ensure That Training Programs Are Effective, A Global Training Manager Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design.
